Managing Neighbourhoods

We are committed to finding innovative and practical ways for New Progress and Progress Care tenants to become involved in the management of their homes. We seek to include residents, their families and advocates, and support agencies in each area of management.

We recognise that tenant participation and involvement are vital in delivering responsive, efficient and effective services and is central to Best Value.

Our tenant involvement officers have found new ways for residents to get involved, as shown in the diagram below. A menu of consultation and participation means tenants can choose to be involved as much or as little as they like.
