As well as managing over 5000 properties, the group provides, manages and maintains property on behalf of partner organisations. We offer advice on stock transfers, regeneration initiatives, best value and tenant participation.

Our partners include local authorities, registered social landlords, NHS trusts, health authorities, social services, care providers, education establishments, voluntary organisations, government agencies, private businesses and developers.

In South Lakeland we have worked with the district council to improve properties that were previously privately owned (pictured top right).

We have developed a leasehold scheme for elderly people. High quality and secure homes have been built with the support of the Ribble Valley Council.

We converted a block of Victorian houses into self contained flats for vulnerable young people. Progress Care worked in partnership with Preton Borough Council and the Carr Gomm society to develop the scheme.
