We are proud of our retirement living accommodation, which provides good quality homes for almost 1,000 residents. We own 27 retirement developments in the South Ribble area with help on hand via our scheme managers and our Control Centre 24 hours a day, 365 days a year..

All the properties are self contained with a lounge, bathroom and one or two bedrooms. Most developments also feature a shared lounge area, kitchen and laundry. Residents are involved in organising a programme of social and recreational events for all residents mostly with the support of the scheme manager.

Retired residents are interested in value for money and we provide a number of extra services such as Lifeline, which assists with independent living. .
