New Progress Housing Association is proud of our retirement living accommodation. Good quality homes are provided for almost 1,000 elderly residents. We own 27 retirement developments in the South Ribble area. Most of these have a non resident scheme manager and some have a resident scheme manager. But cover is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year via our Control Centre when the scheme manager is not on duty.
All the properties are self contained with a lounge, bathroom and one or two bedrooms. Most developments also feature a shared lounge area, kitchen and laundry. Residents are involved in organising a programme of social and recreational events for all residents mostly with the support of the scheme manager.
