It was D-day at Progress Housing Group's Head Office as staff donned their denims to celebrate the 10 th Anniversary Jeans for Genes Day - and raise invaluable cash for the charity's annual fund raising campaign.

Susannah Mynott, Gill Harrison, Sam Turner and Justin Abbotts joined other staff at the group's two offices in the town and wore their jeans to work to support the fund raising day (pictured left).

Staff expect to raise hundreds pounds to help children across the UK with genetic disorders - and the final sum will be matched by the organisation.

Eight national charities will benefit from this year's appeal including Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity, the MPS Society and the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign.

Staff at Progress are keen supporters of the charity and have taken part in the annual Denim extravaganza since it began in 1995.
