New Progress Housing Association is hosting  two drop in sessions next week to help local people on low incomes make the most of their money.

The free sessions will take place at Progress Housing Group's Head Office on King Street, Leyland on Monday 17th March and are open  to all residents in South Ribble and Preston who are on a low income and would like to access free impartial financial advice.

Financial advisors from local charity, Preston Moneyline, will be on hand  from 10am to 12pm to  give advice on the alternatives available to doorstep lending and how to secure affordable loans . New Progress's own advisor will be available from 2pm - 4pm to give advice about setting up basic bank accounts and accessing benefits.
