Over recent years there has been a significant change in Government policy towards providing more integrated service provision between housing, social services and health. The Government is actively encouraging strategies to enable more people to be supported in the community and live independently for longer.

New Progress works closely with local authorities to deliver advanced Telecare solutions that offer long-term, sustainable support to enable the elderly, infirm and vulnerable to live in their own homes.

Our successful Lifeline service currently provides over 2000 customers with help at the touch of a button 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year in the event of a domestic or medical emergency. We also offer the Telecare smart system to Lifeline customers to enable comprehensive risk management of the home environment via advanced sensor technology .

In addition, our WORKSAFE service enables employers to protect lone working staff via an automated telephone system.
