£23,068 - £27,298 per annum
36.25 hours per week
Progress Care Housing Association is a dynamic organisation providing a range of supported housing solutions for people with learning difficulties and/or mental health needs, due to the continued growth a new post has been created to work within our Tenant Involvement team.
Your main focus will be the delivery of a customer focused, high quality service that meet the needs of our diverse customers and the achievement of operational objectives and performance targets that drive continuous improvements. You should have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and support your team to achieve change.
You will carry out a range of tasks that help put our customers at the heart of the business. You will produce various publications for tenants and their support workers that require accuracy, coupled with an ability to express ideas simply. You will also need the ability to arrange and service a variety of consultative events.
You should be enthusiastic, self-motivated and creative, able to demonstrate that you can work to targets and under pressure and have excellent organisational and communication skills.

Whilst this post is based in Leyland, the post-holder will be required to travel to areas in which PCHA operates and may need to stay overnight from time-to-time, for which reasonable expenses will be paid.
