£17,026 - £19,838 pa pro rata
24 hours per week
Progress Care Housing Association manages units of accommodation across 4 hospital sites in the Lincolnshire area. Our contract includes extensive refurbishment and new build accommodation combined with the long-term management contract.
An exciting opportunity exists for an Part- time Accommodation Assistant based at our offices at Grantham Hospital to provide an efficient and effective administration support to the department. You will assist the Regional Manager in the day-to-day management of the Key Worker accommodation, dealing with routine enquires whether in person, by phone or correspondence.
Duties will include: -
Dealing with routine enquiries by phone, in person or correspondence
Inputting and updating computer data onto the in-house system
Processing repairs and purchases orders
Maintaining the sections filing systems ensuring information is readily available
Maintain records and other information systems (manual and computer based) associated with the work of the section
This is a crucial post in the department and the successful candidate must have excellent communication and organisational skills, enthusiasm and a flexible approach to problem solving and the ability work to tight deadlines. You will be committed to customer service, have the ability to prioritise tasks and work largely unsupervised.
