Salary £28,100 - £29,762 P.A.
Progress Care Housing requires a new staff team to deliver housing management services for a new scheme commissioned by Leeds City Council's Independent Living Project. 314 people who have learning difficulties or mental health needs will be housed in a range of purpose built accommodation on 39 sites throughout Leeds to be developed between 2008 and 2010.
The post will be based in Leeds , although during the initial period prior to first handovers in March 2009, the post holders will be required to spend a significant amount of time at our main office in Leyland, Lancashire.
This is an important post and you will need to demonstrate an ability to be able to set up systems to meet the needs of tenants and stakeholders, have strong leadership skills and show a willingness to do what it takes to provide an excellent service.
You will have previous housing management experience; staff management skills; an appreciation of the needs of our tenants and partner organizations. An ability to work to targets and deadlines, a commitment to team working and the ability to manage your own workload and that of your team are vital to the success of the scheme.
