As from 1st October the Floating Support provided to our tenants is now done by a private company called DISC.
We can still refer people for floating support but there is a different process under the new arrangements.
DISC will then arrange to meet the individual and complete an initial assessment of need. If it is established that the individual would benefit from support then DISC will arrange for support to be provided.
DISC will provide advice, assistance and signposting to more appropriate services, keeping you informed throughout the process.
