Charity and Sponsorship

Charity and Sponsorship

Progress staff regularly support both national and local charities and have fun whilst raising money for good causes.

St Catherine's Hospice

Progress continued its support for the local hospice, both in sponsorship of the major annual Symphony Concert with Fireworks event, and providing Property Services electricians to wire and display the thousand light bulbs in the hospice grounds for the Christmas Light Up A Life event.

Recently Progress Plus sponsored the moonlight walk event, click here to view further information and several employees took part in the event also.

Wish Tree Appeal
Women and children staying at South Ribble Women's Refuge over the festive period enjoy a Christmas with all the trimmings thanks to local well-wishers. Our annual Wish Tree Appeal and the Citizen's Tin and Toys campaign not only helps us to collect donations of gifts and food to help our existing residents to enjoy a happier Christmas, it enables us to raise much needed awareness of the local support services we provide for women and children facing domestic abuse.

For further information about the Wish Tree campaign please click here.
