Within the South Ribble and Preston areas, New Progress Housing Association operates a Choice Based Lettings System called SelectMove in conjunction with Community Gateway HA, Adactus HA, Eaves Brook HA, Preston City Council and South Ribble Borough Council.

SWAPPING HOMES
As a tenant of a Housing Association, you are able to swap your home with another tenant of a housing association or local authority anywhere in the country. This is a good way for you to arrange your own move - you don't have to go on any waiting list or wait for a property to become empty.
