New Progress Housing Association is committed to providing a range of affordable homes for rent.
We currently have around 4,000 properties for rent in Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Cumbria.
Within the South Ribble and Preston areas, New Progress Housing Association operates a Choice Based Lettings System called SelectMove in conjunction with Community Gateway HA, Adactus HA, Eaves Brook HA, Preston City Council and South Ribble Borough Council. You can also complete an application on line via the SelectMove website.
For properties outside the South Ribble and Preston areas we allocate properties mainly through nominations from the relevant local authority or through our own waiting list. For more information contact our Customer Services Team on 01772 450600.
